Why this page exists
We publish this disclosure voluntarily, in line with the transparency principles of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), Article 50, which asks that people be told when they are interacting with an AI system or looking at AI-generated content. We would rather say it plainly than let anyone assume a human researched and verified every line.
How AI is used
Across the sites published by Halal Helper LLC d/b/a Omerica Studios, AI is used in three different ways. They carry different levels of risk.
| Category | What it means | What to watch for |
|---|---|---|
| 1. AI-assisted build | The code, layout, and much of the written copy were produced with AI assistance, then reviewed by a human before publishing. This applies to nearly every site we run. | Wording and descriptions may be imprecise. Design and code may contain defects. |
| 2. AI-generated content published as content | Substantive material on the page (analysis, plans, strategy, research summaries, business ideas, recommendations) was generated by a language model. A human curated it, but did not independently verify every claim, number, citation, or regulation reference. | Do not treat these as researched fact. Figures, citations, deadlines, and legal or regulatory references may be wrong or invented. |
| 3. Live AI features | The site sends your input to an AI model at the time you use it and shows you the response. You are interacting with an AI system, not a person. | Answers are generated fresh each time, are not reviewed by anyone, and can be confidently wrong. |
Which sites are in which category
Live AI features (category 3)
| Site | Feature |
|---|---|
| njplaybook.com | "Omie," a chat assistant that answers questions about New Jersey small business programs. Its answers are generated by a language model and are not reviewed before you see them. Always confirm program terms, eligibility, and deadlines on the official program website. |
| spinstacks.com | Generates business ideas on demand. The ideas are AI output produced for entertainment and inspiration, not vetted business plans, and are not checked for novelty, viability, or whether they infringe anyone's rights. |
AI-generated content published as content (category 2)
On these sites, the substantive analysis on the page was produced by a language model. Any figure, citation, statute reference, market estimate, or timeline should be independently verified before you rely on it or act on it.
- aidamasterplan and aidamarketresearch: real estate business planning and market analysis, including references to New Jersey regulations. These are drafting aids prepared for discussion, not regulatory guidance and not a compliance opinion.
- qualitytouch-aiplaybook: an AI readiness roadmap prepared as a working document. It is not a HIPAA, privacy, or security compliance assessment, and nothing in it should be read as certifying that any practice is compliant.
- swirlysounds: product and licensing descriptions.
- njplaybook.com: program summaries and descriptions are AI-drafted from public sources and reviewed on a periodic cycle. Program details change without notice, so the official source always controls.
AI-assisted build (category 1)
Every other site we publish falls here, including the games, visual toys, camera and movement tools, portfolio pieces, and demonstration builds. The software and copy were produced with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before release.
What AI output gets wrong
Language models produce text that reads as authoritative whether or not it is correct. In practice, expect:
- Fabricated specifics. Invented statistics, citations, case names, statute numbers, dollar figures, dates, and quotations that look real.
- Stale information. Programs close, prices change, rules are amended, and organizations shut down. Generated text does not know that.
- Confident errors. Wrong answers are not flagged as uncertain.
- Bias. Output can reflect biases present in training data.
- Unintended resemblance. Output can inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted or trademarked material. If you believe something on our sites does, contact us and we will review and remove it where warranted.
Human review
A human reviews every site before it is published. That review covers whether the site works, whether it presents itself honestly, and whether the material is broadly sound. It is not a fact check of every claim, and it is not a professional review by a lawyer, clinician, accountant, or licensed broker. Where a page contains AI-generated analysis, treat the human review as editorial curation, not verification.
No automated decisions about you
None of our sites make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. We do not use AI to score, rank, screen, profile, or evaluate visitors, and we do not use your input to train models.
Questions or corrections
If AI output on any of our sites is wrong, misleading, or resembles material you own, email omer@halalhelper.com with the URL and what you found. We will correct or remove it.
